1. Base Applications 
Installed as the core suite of productivity tools on all computers. Base Applications are Fully Supported by OIT.
2. Extended Applications 
Installed as needed for additional functionality on computers. Network Roll-Out Liaison's must request these applications though the Help Desk for users. Base Applications are Fully Supported by OIT.
3. NAL Applications 
Available to users as needed for additional functionality though the Novell Application Launcher. Network Roll-Out Liaison's must request these applications though the Help Desk.
4. Tested Applications 
[OK] [Not OK
Applications not supported by OIT but tested within the GWUMC Enterprise Network for the end-user.
