A user asks -- how can I save an E-mail message in GroupWise then retrieve it back into GroupWise to send to someone else without keeping it in my active Mailbox?
Answer:
GroupWise provides the Archive function so you can save a message in a GroupWise readable format.
To archive a message: click Actions on the GroupWise Mail From menu, then select Archive. This will save the message in your GroupWise Archive Directory. (Look in Tools, Options, Environment, File Locations to determine where it is located, or to set it up.)
To read it again in GroupWise: click File on the GroupWise Mailbox menu, then select Open Archive. All archived messages will appear. You can read the one you want.
To return to the 'standard' Mailbox: click File on the GroupWise Mailbox menu, then select Open Archive to turn off the checkmark.
