Answer:
To save the file in GroupWise: click File on the GroupWise "Mail From" menu, choose Save As, type the "Current Directory" location to store the file, then click the Save button. The message will be saved with a MLM extension.
To read the message: open the MLM file from the MS WORD File, Open menu.
