Sharing GroupWise Groups
Question:
S.L. asks -- is there a way to share a group with another user?
Answer:
Sure! Here's how you do it.
- Have the creator of the personal group you want, add your name to their group (if it's not there already) and send you a message.
- When you receive the message, open the message, and click the Reply button.
- Check the Reply To All box, then click the OK button.
- When the reply message appears, do not send it.
- Click the Address button. The Address Book appears with all the members of the group (except you) in the Address List.
- Add yourself, if you'd like.
- Click the Save Group button.
- Type a name for your group, then click the OK button.
Click the BACK button to return to the FAQ page.
