Sharing GroupWise Groups

Question:

S.L. asks -- is there a way to share a group with another user?

Answer:

Sure! Here's how you do it.

  1. Have the creator of the personal group you want, add your name to their group (if it's not there already) and send you a message.
  2. When you receive the message, open the message, and click the Reply button.
  3. Check the Reply To All box, then click the OK button.
  4. When the reply message appears, do not send it.
  5. Click the Address button. The Address Book appears with all the members of the group (except you) in the Address List.
  6. Add yourself, if you'd like.
  7. Click the Save Group button.
  8. Type a name for your group, then click the OK button.
