Professor Rosenbaum published "Medicaid and National Health Care Reform" in the October 14 issue of New England Journal of Medicine Perspective section.  The article looks at the pivotal role Medicaid plays in national healthcare reform as Congress, with White House support, is poised to eliminate coverage restrictions for poor, non-elderly adults by eliminating Medicaid’s categorical restrictions on this population.
