There are three ways to report concerns regarding HIPAA and other regulatory issues:

• Call the University's Compliance Office directly at 202-994-3386
• Call the Regulatory Compliance Help and Referral Line, a 24 hour, 7 day a week phone line operated by an outside service, at 1-888-508-5275
