Teleconferencing Services

Videoconferencing

The Medical Center has facilities for receiving and initiating videoconferences. The Classroom & Teleconferencing Services Department handles all operation and maintenance of the facilities. Assistance is available between the hours of 7:30 AM and 6 PM Monday through Friday. To participate in or receive a videoconference, please contact Classroom and Teleconferencing Services at least 2 weeks before the broadcast for availability of the Teleconference Center and to test system compatibility. Fees incur based on the teleconference and required equipment.
